As we communicated in last weeks blog, some of our customers recently experienced performance issues with SmartMusic due to server capacity constraints. We are happy to announce that the MakeMusic technology team has responded with several updates which have resolved the most significant issues. These efforts included increasing the capacity of our servers, as well as optimizing some of SmartMusic’s processes for increased usage.
After closely monitoring our updates, we believe that the majority of performance issues have been resolved and our customers should begin seeing the benefits immediately. Thank you to the customers that contacted our customer support team. This allowed us to accurately identify the issues and their cause.
