In an increasingly complicated world, SmartMusic is easy to use. Consequently the bulk of the questions our support team receives aren’t about HOW to use SmartMusic, but often have more to do with getting started the first time.
I admit that over the years I’ve let myself become bored with the daily warm-up routine. Somehow, playing scales over and over again in 20-30 minutes’ time reminds me of the first few years of playing trumpet: Correspondingly I find myself delivering less-than-musical results.

The Knowledge Base now contains more than 100 articles with topics such as subscription management, billing management, and microphone troubleshooting.
The first thing you’ll notice about SmartMusic 2010 is the new Find Music interface. This is the result of extensive surveys, focus groups, and home visits where we discovered that many SmartMusic users were unaware of the vast repertoire included with SmartMusic.
