March Repertoire Update Featuring Women in Music

March is Women’s History Month. As part of our celebration, we’ve added a Women in Music tile to the SmartMusic carousel. Upon launching SmartMusic, simply click on the tile from the homepage to explore titles by women composers to share with your students.

If you’d welcome some help in diversifying your programming, check out this post on Programming Women Composers. We’ve also shared additional tips to help your observance of Women’s History Month in our most recent Music Ed Mentor Podcast.
