Today’s tip is to check out the recently updated SmartMusic Knowledge Base.
The Knowledge Base now contains more than 100 articles with topics such as subscription management, billing management, and microphone troubleshooting. We’ve also trimmed out articles that applied only to really old versions of SmartMusic, making it easier to track down the most relevant help.
If you don’t find an article that helps with your particular question, you can click “Submit a Support Case” on any page of the Knowledge Base to ask us directly. Please keep in mind that a peak times (like the back-to-school season), it may take a full business day for us to reply.
After we answer your question, we make sure the solution is in the Knowledge Base, and we share your experience with SmartMusic developers so we can continue to improve the SmartMusic experience.
